This practice area assists in the counseling and set-up of new businesses and providing on-going assistance to existing businesses.

In the business formation stage, we counsel and make recommendations on the structure to be used (partnership, corporation, LLC, LLP, etc.) by the client and assist in the formation of the legal entity.

Thereafter, we counsel clients in all aspects of business operations and transactions, from a legal perspective.  This often includes review of contracts and other documents, assistance with due diligence for those purchasing assets or existing businesses, and counseling in all other legal aspects of operating a business.
